Who writes and checks the tools

Every calculator on PaySums has a named author and is checked by a qualified reviewer before it goes live and again whenever rates change.

Author

Author name, background and photo to be added.

Reviewer

Reviewer name, qualification (for example CTA, ACCA, ICAEW or ATT), membership number and a link to their professional register entry to be added.

The reviewer checks the rates file against the official sources, tests each calculator against HMRC's published examples, and signs off the "last checked" date shown on every tool.
